Everything was perfect part from the polish Stuff far too rude
The Polish stuff got to much privilege and there was one young polish girl about 20th years old sooo rude i never seen behavior like this she was talkating to me like i am a hotel guest in Poland and she is the owner of Sharaton disaster behavior awlphul

אני לא מבין - למה אחרי טיסה - צריך לחפש משרד מרוחק מהמלון לקבלת המפתח . ולמה גובים דמי פיקדון , הדירה נעימה - ההתנהלות טעון שיפור . ביום האחרון שעה לפני הצק אאוט יצאתי מהדירה , ושחזרתי ראיתי מנקות בתוך הדירה ,לפני הצק אאוט . והייתי צריך להמתין למישהו מהמשרד שיגיע לבדוק נזקים . הדירה טובה ונעימה - הניהול טעון שיפור
כל ההתנהלות זקוק לשיפור מיידי . צריך לחפש את המשרד בעיר - עם כל המזוודות - למצוא אותו - לתת דמי פיקדון גבוהים - לקבל מפתח ואחרי זה לנסוע לחפש את המלון ( במקרה אני מכיר ) ואם לא הייתי מכיר את ההתנהלות שם - הייתי עושה הרבה הלוך חזור - משרד מלון . בהתחלה נתנו לי מפתח בלי כרטיס חדר

They gave us 1 access card for the hotel for a group of 4 people.

The terrace and the view.
The coach, blankets and towels were not clean. The TV in the livingroom was broken and was not repaired nor replaced till end of our stay. This makes the stay unconfortable. The location and staff were OK. It would be best the apartment to have washing machine.
