Був номер-студіо на 7 поверсі. Новий свіжий ремонт, меблі, сантехніка. Справний кондиціонер. Щоденне прибирання. Достатньо посуду, приборів, засіб для миття посуду, сковорідка, сотейник, каструля, є індукційна плита, чайник та тостер, фен, телевізор. Вай-фай від готелю, дещо повільно працював, але загалом терпимо. Гарне зручне розташування. Можна користуватися басейном та шезлонгами. Власниця дуже хороша жінка, порадила купувати їжу у кулінарному відділі супермаркету Меркурій (виходите з підʼїзду і наліво). На нижніх поверхах розташований готель, тому головне не сплутати двері при заселенні. Зайшла на рецепцію готелю Адмірал плаза спитати де це, хамовита жінка звісно сказала, що тут немає апартаментів. Але шукайте офіс власниці апартаментів у внутрішньому дворі біля басейну. Якщо ви забронюєте через букінг, то звʼязатися із помешканням буде легко через вказаний номер мобільного.

Відсутність парковки. При готелі один день 25 левів, напроти недобудова теж 25 левів, можна торгуватися і за 20 левів/день або через центральну дорогу переїхати і знайти дешевше. Це проблема у всіх болгарських містечках. На вулицях не можна просто залишити авто, бо в них є платні абонементи, незрозуміло де їх придбати (це вам не в Україні оплатити через QR-код або у додатку), евакуатор швидко забирає авто, підозрюю що телефонують самі мешканці або власники магазинів/кафе де ви припаркуєтесь. Якщо житимуть поруч молоді хлопці/дівчата, то готуйтеся до гучної музики вночі/під ранок, реготу, стукуту пляшок і тд.

Everything was great.

The towels should have been changed every 3 days, but in 7 days they were changed only.

Receptionist did not have us on their list of guests and our taxi driver had to explain that we had given him a printed booking confirmation as he did not appear to understand english. A manager was contacted who eventually took us to a room that was not the type of which we had booked on the internet. The bed was a corner settee with a pull out section from underneath with a matress topper instead of a normal matress. Two of the lights in the bathroom and one in the lounge/bedsit/ kitchen needed new bulbs, also no bedhead/settee lights or switches for the ceiling lighting. My wife had to exit the bed by climbing over me as the end was up against the kitchen unit. The wall holder for the shower head was loose ,the face towel holder fell off the wall and a toilet seat fitting needed replacing. We were shown an alternative room on request but the option did not appear to be a better choice so we stayed in the first offered. The manager was made aware of the repairs and replacements needed and her husband did the work needed. Both the manager and her husband were nice pleasant people but we never received an explanation as to why the receptionist did not have a record of our booking or why we were not allocated the large studio room that we had booked online and pictured on the website. The pool was very nice if you could manage to get a lounger as the majority or all of them had towels placed on them before 9 oclock most mornings. We decided to cut our stay short, booked an ealier fligh home after a week and told the manager we would be leavinc.
