Warm, clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Great setting with swans nesting behind
I could hear the M6 in the distance but wore ear plugs (I’m a very noise sensitive person)

Beautiful lodge that was nicely furnished and a great layout and facilities. Free WiFi and smart tv with good connectivity.
A couple of little niggles - radiator in master bedroom makes a loud banging noise during the night when expanding and contracting with heat. En-suite bathroom window doesn’t open, latch broken. Only 2 wine glasses for booking of 4 people

We stayed here to break up our journey to Scotland. It was warm and cosy on a very cold November night. Shower was wonderfully reviving. Bed was exceptionally comfy.
