Villa Nisa apartment

Bardzo przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i zadbany dom, z wszelkimi wygodami niezbędnymi do udanego urlopu. Klimatyzacja działała fantastycznie, wieczory na werandzie klimatyczne i spokojne. Cicha okolica, bliziutko do sklepu, piekarni czy na plażę. Wynajmujący bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Dom dokładnie jak na zdjęciach.

Wszystko było super.

Tutto, il giardino, la veranda, la sala da pranzo/salone ecc. inutile elencare i dettagli. Un bellissimo appartamento familiare, funzionale e curato nei minimi dettagli.

É difficile trovare dei punti negativi. Tuttavia, se vogliamo essere un po’ pignoli si potrebbe dire che le stanze da letto sono leggermente piccole. Ma con una buona organizzazione del vestiario e valige si sopperisce allo spazio limitato. Ripeto è un dettaglio quasi insignificante rispetto al contesto generale di tutta la struttura (eccellente)!

Het appartement (gelijkvloers) is ruim, met een groot terras met contact met de tuin. Goed uitgerust (ook de keuken) en smaakvol ingericht. Op wandelafstand van het strand en een goede uitvalsbasis voor verschillende bezoeken (per wagen): Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa Ilba en de natuurreservaten Vendicari en Cassibile. Heel responsieve gastheer Angelo.

Een sleutelkastje zou nog meer flexibiliteit geven voor het bekomen van de sleutels bij check-in en het achterlaten van de sleutels bij check-out. Maar dit is een kleine opmerking bij een verder zeer geslaagd verblijf.

Wonderful spacious flat, very modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There are hooks in every room for towels, clothes and bags - very handy! We loved the beautiful large garden and spent a lot of time on the veranda with furniture to relax and a dining table and chairs. The sandy beach is very close by as is a cafe and bakery. Angelo is a fantastic host, always approachable and helpful.
