The location is wonderful, very close to the beach, nice terrace with sea view. There is a wonderful cafe and a small well equipped supermarket close to the house. Host prepared some water, wine and sweets as a welcome gift, which was nice, but not neccessary.

Problem with price of the apartment. The price provided by Booking.com while booking for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children 8, 10) and 7 nights was 714 eur, without cancellation possibility. A few days after I had booked this accommodation for this price, I got an e-mail, that the property charges 15 Eur extra for child/day. It means 30 eur more for one night. During the booking I inserted age of children, so I have expected to get a final price as in all other bookings I had done before. I was trapped, since I was not able to cancel the apartment according to the non-cancellation price (wouldn't get any money back). So I felt forced to agree to pay 30 Eur/day more (all together 30*7=210 Eur). An employee of booking.com had contacted me and confirmed, that I cannot cancel the accommodation without losing the money. At the property the host asked not for 210, but 220 Eur and took the money without any receipt. Booking.com should make the pricing policy clear. It is very confusing and not fair, when you book a price and afterwards you get to know, it is going to be much more expensive. Controll the private providers to have a clear pricing policy. This problem made us really dissapointed and angry. The apartment was definetely not worth the money. Btw. there was no facility or something for the kids, which would make the extra payment justifiable.
