About this house rental
The location of this Beach Villa is in Fontane Bianche, Syracusa. Here you have a spectacular view of the sea in the first line and direct access to the beach -no more than 15 meters-. The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine is available on the large terrace. WLAN is available. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor Jacuzzi with direct sea view and an additional outdoor shower. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available nearby. Who has visited our villa once, will surely fall in love with it. The maximum number of people who can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this dreamlike ambience is 6 persons. Two parking spaces are available.

Wonderful house in the perfect setting . House has been renovated to a high standard. The Manager was extremely helpful and changed bed pillows immediately on request. Well equipped house with everything you need for a beach stay. WiFi washing facilities all worked well. Make sure you rent a small car as the gates are very narrow. We have been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year .

This was an excellent villa, with great amenities and in a perfect location. Communication with he owner and their local representative was very good. The nearby bars and beach cafe were very easily walked to, were very well priced, and offered good selections of tasty snacks and drinks. Access to the beach was simple, but the listing should mention that the final part involves 3 steep wooden steps down some steep rocks onto the sand - easy enough for able-bodies adults, but small children and older folk may find it tricky and hazardous. Otherwise - a wonderful villa in a wonderful location! We may even go again!!

I have been a regular visitor to Fontane Bianche for more than 10 years now and I can accurately say that this is by far the best accommodation I have ever found. Not only is the location idyllic, but the quality, finish, furnishings and equipment of this recently refurbished villa are excellent and the owners and agent understand the importance of quality service for guests. The jacuzzi is a genius idea and we loved being away from the hubub of the beach while still enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the cove. Now this will be our go-to place to stay in FB after a very long quest! Thank you Filomena and Signora Nuccia!
