A localização é perfeita. Em frente a praia e perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O anfitrião é muito prestativo e simpático. A vizinhança é silenciosa e educada.
As tomadas são antigas e dependem de adaptador para aparelhos com tomadas de três pinos. O fluxo de água do chuveiro e da torneira da pia é fraco.

Localização e custo benefício
Não gostei do prédio, das toalhas de banho que não enxugavam e deixavam um monte de fiapo no corpo e dos lençóis.

Espaço e estacionamento.
Não lembro de reparar que tinha escada nas fotos. Como no momento estava com dificuldade de locomoção senti um pouco, mas não atrapalhou.
