Boa localização, perto da praia. Lugar limpo, SmartTV com streaming, Wifi muito bom e anfitrião de prontidão para ajudar.
Houve um imprevisto com a descarga do banheiro que teve que ser trocada. Provavelmente uma manutenção preventiva teria evitado o ocorrido. De todo modo, o anfitrião logo providenciou o conserto. Além disso, a garagem é rotativa e as rampas para subsolo e primeiro andar são bastante apertadas. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, mas faz muito barulho, muito mais que o normal.
