Schöner Außenbereich, ansprechender Pool, guter Grill. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Danke für den early check-in!

Es wirkte alles etwas lieblos. Angefangen bei vertrockneten Pflanzen und alter Fußmatte am Eingang. Bei über 3K für 5 Tage freut man sich zumindest über ein paar Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, eine Flasche Wein oder etwas Obst. Zumindest eine Basisaustattung in der Küche (Kaffeepads, Öl, etc.) wären schön. Wenig Kosten für den Gastgeber, aber mit großem Mehrwert für den Gast. Auch Auflagen für die Liegen kann man erwarten. Matratzen waren sehr weich. Mit 8-10 Leuten wird es eng (wir waren zu sechst). Lage (da kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts dafür) ist mittelmäßig, da kein schöner Strandabschnitt.

Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze przygotowane i spełniało moje oczekiwania. Wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy były zapewnione, co znacznie ułatwiało pobyt. Dużym plusem było również świetne miejsce na tarasie z grillem oraz zadbany, czysty basen. Ogólnie apartament uważam za naprawdę świetny.

Warto zaznaczyć, że lokalizacja w mojej ocenie wymaga posiadania samochodu – bez niego poruszanie się może być utrudnione. Dodatkowo sama plaża w okolicy nie zrobiła dobrego wrażenia.

- The property is in a nice quiet location and was clean on arrival. If you don't hire a car, you'll need a cab to get to most places, I.e. puerto banus 10 mins and old town 15 mins away. - Marcos was there on arrival and gave us a quick tour, which was helpful. The property was fully stocked with the necessities for cooking, etc. - We were.able to get groceries delivered via uber eats

- In my opinion, this property is better for a family. As a group of 9 friends, there were only two bathrooms and a further toilet which was not sufficient. - You can hear the water supply running very loudly from the downstairs bedroom, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep. - I would suggest the owners create a manual so guests know how to use appliances, as the response wasn't always quick from the team. - I wasn't aware a cleaner was an additional charge when I booked the property. Maybe I missed this, but it would have been helpful information in advance.
