Hidden Gem

What a fantastic place with an amazing view Jean-Luc is an amazing host very friendly and informative . Hopefully we will be back to stay again. It's in an ideal location to visit Annercy. Just outside of the busy town. The added bonus of a lovely swimming pool.

The name says it all - the most beautiful view you will not tire of.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the host were very good and as a local guide he was able to offer good suggestions for trips or places to see. The location certainly lives up to its name, the view from the property across the city to the mountains beyond never ceased to intrigue us. Although located out of the town the bus into and back from the town was both easy to catch and use. This saved on searching for parking while visiting the town centre and lakeshore. We found it ideal for a 3 night stay. The host's only aim is to make sure your stay is the best he can provide and he tries really hard to make sure you feel at home.

The only comment is the wi-fi strength was inconsistent, I had an occasional issue with dropped connection but my wife struggled to get and keep a connection on her laptop. Perhaps if you use only one or two devices it is not such a problem.

Vooropgesteld dat Jean-Luc een geweldige en breedsprakige gastheer is die je van veel informatie over de omgeving kan voorzien. Mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht.

De tussenruimte om naar de badkamer te gaan is gewoon een soort berging en geen ruimte waar je aangenaam kunt verblijven. In het woongedeelte is maar 1 comfortabele stoel. De douche is keurig, net gerenoveerd, maar misschien moet hij de rest van de badkamer nog een beetje oppimpen.

De studio heeft een geweldig uitzicht op Annecy en de bergen. Heerlijk met zwembad. Jean Luc is een super vriendelijke host. Hij zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf, met zijn mooie verhalen en goede tips over de omgeving.

Jean Luc a eu la gentillesse de me préparer à manger car j’ai dû arriver à 22:15 suite à un problème d embouteillage sur l’autoroute. Un geste d’une grande bienveillance. Impossible de payer pour le repas.

Emplacement et vue rêvée à 10 minutes du centre d'Annecy. Accueil très chaleureux de notre hote Jean Luc qui est au petit soin. Un très bon séjour à renouveler très vite.

Magnifique vue, idéal pour profiter du centre ville à 15 min en voiture en étant au calme avec une belle terrasse + la piscine. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible

Netter Aufenthalt

Zimmer mit Bett und Küche ist renoviert, sehr Liebevoll und komfortabel. Frühstück ist sehr einfach, Baguettescheiben mit Butter, etwas Marmelade und etwas Honig. Auf Wunsch eine kleine Dose Saft dazu / Person. Das war es. Ist wie die Franzosen es gewöhnt sind. Eigentümer ist ok, und sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Bad ist nicht renoviert und hat eine kleine Dusche, kenne ich als eine Art Notdusche die beim renovieren verwendet werden kann. Finde ich schade, passt nicht zu dem Schlafzimmer. Toiletsitz bleibt auch nicht stehen, was beim putzen doch auffallen sollte.
