Luxury Villa at first line of Sea. Private heated pool. Satelite TV. Full Sky. Internet Wi-Fi. BBQ area Peaceful Location, Just Beside The Sea. In the street behinds, you have the main avenue of puerto del Carmen, where you can find many shops and restaurants , just few minutes walk.
Also you have a supermarkets, Pharmacy, Banks, and all the amenities that can make more comfortable your stay at the villa.

Just returned from the best week in Lanzarote due to staying in this villa! The views and location are the best we have ever had. There were 5 adults in our party and there was loads of space for everyone. Only downside was there was no air conditioning. There were a couple of fans which helped a bit. We will definitely be back.

This Villa has a lovely setting and it really is all about the outdoor area here, and its is such a bonus to have a private pool and to have the beautiful view.
I do feel that the Villa could benefit from a bit of updating and a few home comforts for the price that is charged, the dusty fake flowers need to be removed from the property and the furniture is very dark and dated.
There were only 2 working bedside lights for the 3 Bedrooms.
2 of the 3 Bedrooms did not have Mirrors , Hooks on doors or Bins , these really are the basics of what you would expect
The cheap freebie Ice cream Sun umbrellas need to be replaced with decent sized proper Sun umbrellas
The overhead lighting is very harsh in the lounge and the 2 floor lamps did not work.
There should be a handrail on the private steps down to the Villa , the tiles when it rains are lethal and a rail would at least give you a chance of avoiding a fall or slip.
