This property is rather unique. It has stunning views from the balcony. There were 5 in our group. There was plenty of space for all of us. Fernando was very helpful and attentive when we had an issue with the balcony awning that kept wanting to retract and banged during the night, he had it repaired and serviced the very next day. Fernando sends you an informative video of the villa location and instructions of how to enter the property and how everything works. The cave (lower bedroom) This room is definitley unique and i can say ive never seen anything like it before. It has a porthole that looks directly out to sea and you can hear the sea at night which i found to be soothing. There was building work going on next door and I think it only fair to say this was out of Fernandos control and pretty much nothing he could of done about it, i also think it must have reflected in the price for our weekly stay as we had an incredible deal for the property size and location. There is only one bathroom but we managed with it in our group. I would stay here again but maybe the other bedroom would be suited to me.
If you have mobility issues be fore warned there are steps leading down to the property. My partner and I opted to stay in the cave (downstairs bedroom) we were ok with the steps but unfortunatley i found the room to be rather claustrophobic and the mattress was very hard for me. The cleanliness of this room was not good, i had to clean it myself as it was dusty. Our adult daughter had the single room (Blue room) we didn't know there was building work being carried out next door. Unfortunatley that did disturb her sleep most mornings.

Fernando was a fabulous host, so helpful. The property itself is a hidden gem nestled in the middle of everything. Views from the balcony are amazing, property was immaculate, has everything provided you can think of, clean, comfy beds, great showers, quiet, by far the nicest property ive stayed in in Lanzarote. If your considering booking here you will not be disappointed its AMAZING!
