This was a simple, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the Samaria gorge and a gorgeous seafront. It had its own balcony, with seating area and clothesline, so you could sit out, admire the blue water during the day or star-gaze at night, while your clean clothes dried and you prepared for your next day's adventure. Maria is so warm and welcoming as a host and the room had everything I needed.

The room is simple and the bathroom would be small for some travelers. I recommend putting the shower wand in a little receptacle to avoid drips pooling on the floor. Other than that, it was a great value, was near everything I wanted to see, the host was kind and responsive, there was a fridge, wifi an AC. It was all I needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay!

Lovely, welcoming hosts. Room itself was basic, and dated, as expected for the price paid. Quiet, as most guests seemed to be solo walkers. Large dining room serving food all day.

There was no kettle in the room, as advertised on Booking.com so had to purchase drinks in their dining room (which somewhat added to the cost of the stay). The whole building looks in need of repair - the rooms are not just dated, the building work is poorly finished. There were electricity power cuts in the evening and overnight.
