Breakfast was not part of the package, but there is a bakery across the street and there's a refrigerator and French press coffeemaker in the room. Even though there isn't a view of the sea the outdoor space has a lovely grape vine arbor overhead and a lavender plant that's fragrant.
The shower was open with one glass wall and the corner tiled walls and water sprayed on the floor which could be a safety hazard for people with mobility issues. They provided plenty of towels to keep the area dry. I think this the way most showers are in Crete.

Beautiful location. It's quite central but nonetheless quiet at night. Nice and helpful staff. They even gave us additional blankets for the night. The room had a nice spacy terrace.
My reservation was cancelled w/o a message by the hotel just days prior to arrival (I fortunately was able to rebook). The sponge in the kitchen was quite old.
