The view was sublime! The home is beautifully situated. It’s a family home not a designer home. And I loved it. It was, very comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was modern, up-to-date and spacious. The lounge room has a huge comfy sofa with a recliner section. Huge TV with a big range of streaming services as well as local. That can be hard to find in an area like this as reception can be difficult. The Veranda looking out onto the rainforest Creek view was very comfortable and safe for a small dog. There was also a good sized fenced area off the veranda for the dog to run around in.
A bit more information on walking tracks in the area would be good

Great location - had a wedding at Avalon Castle.
Can see a lot of potential for this place
Just missing a few basics, tea towels to be able to wash up. Bucket to empty the fireplace so we could use it.
Bit more information about what is there so people can come with the essentials if they aren’t going to be supplied, eg milk tea firewood etc
