The house is in a quiet area, central to shops and restaurants. Parking is good. The home was clean, beds comfortable, nice bathrooms with excellent water pressure. The home is small with open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room so might be a challenge with kids, but was perfect for us adults. The air-conditioner in the lounge area worked very well. Access is easy with the key box at the door and remote control for the garage. There is a "backyard" but it is minute. However it is fully fenced and safe for dogs and kids. Part of the yard and the sides of the house are artificial grass, which may get quite hot in full sun. We would stay here again.

Apart from bedding, towels, a bit of crockery and cutlery, a few cooking utensils and 3 pots, there is nothing much there. There is no frypan. There is a dishwasher but no tablets to use in it. There is a drainage board for washing up but no sponge or scourer to wash up with. There is a mop and bucket, clothes airer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner, however there is nothing to mop the floor with, you have to basically be on your hands and knees to vacuum as there is no "pole" only the hose and the head attachment. We were unable to lock the front door from the outside (had to finger lock it inside and then pull it shut to close it) and we were unable to lock the security screen door at all. We couldn't change the setting on the ducted air conditioning to cool so we didn't use it. I would recommend that the listing state that you need to bring everything with you and also maybe add some more photos of the backyard.
