Apartment Ferlin

Well-planned and beach-close apartment on the 2nd upper floor. Separate bedroom and a spacious ktichen, both facing east and the inner-yard. Living-room and a small loggia facing west and the street. Very clean, quiet. Fast internet (I had several video conferences without problems). Gas stove and electrical oven worked well. Well equipped with cutlery and kitchen tools. Mattresses in the bedroom around 190 cm long (the sofa in the living-room a bit longer). Private parking in front of the building. Easy hand-over of keys through a key-box and a second pair of keys was available in the apartment. Tip for visitors: If you are keen on cooking fish, don't miss out on the small fish shop beside the closest Konzum supermarket!

Two easy improvements: 1) Repair the construction to hang the hand-shower on the wall in the bathroom. 2) Provide a few more (and sharper) cutting knives in the kitchen

We would appreciate if the bed sheets were changed at least once during 10 nights we stayed in the apartment. But landlord was very nice and I believe if we asked, he would arrange it.

Beach less than 5 mins, shops are close, Old town 20 mins walk from the apartment.Kind&helpful owners.

Spacious apartment, a friendly host with fluent Italian. Nice restaurant, Il Faro, nearby.

The apartment was in the floor and the stairs were quite narrow.
