A spontaneous choice that turned out perfect! I booked Sara’s apartment in Rovinj on a whim — and it was one of the best last-minute decisions I’ve ever made! ✨ The place is spacious, modern, and sparkling clean. Just a short walk (less than 10 minutes!) takes you to stunning beaches and a magical forest park — the perfect mix of nature and relaxation. 🌊🌲 Sara’s hospitality is truly top-notch. I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed from the very first moment. It’s one of those places you instantly want to return to. Already dreaming of my next (longer!) stay here. Highly recommended! 💙

Great, spacious and perfectly equiped appartment with seaview from our balcony. Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We also liked big living/kitchen space, big bathroom and private parking.

Great stay in Rovinj

It was clean and modern. Was in a nice location, 20-30 minute walk to old town but nice walk after dinner ;-). Secure parking spot and 3 min walk for morning coffee.

Nothing but could maybe have a second set of keys.

Superb

New modern construction - beautiful and clean. Top floor of building with a little view of the sea from the small balcony. Very spacious with excellent air conditioning. A few spices and things in the kitchen if you want to cook. Gated parking space. Beds were very comfortable.

We were unfortunately only here for 1 night and the walk into the old town was a little bit further than expected. This is the kind of place that would be better to stay for a week... in a neighborhood, with beaches in easy walking distance. The apartment was so comfortable. One of the best we have stayed in.

Everything was like advertised. Very clean, comfortable, 7min walk from beach, 5 min walk from shop, about 20min walk from another beach or city center. Sara, the host was very kind and helpful. Would defend recommend it!

Quiet and clean apartment in convenient location to the Cuvy beach.

Sara is an amazing host, she is very helpful and gave us plenty of good tips about the area. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Few minutes walk to the wonderful Cuvy beach, go there before 8 and it's magic. Recommended!

Modernes sauberes Apartment in toller ruhiger Lage, Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig super erreichbar, außerdem ist ein abgeschlossener privater Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Leider fehlten ein paar Küchenutensilien, beispielsweise ein Pfannenwender und von der Pfanne ging die Beschichtung ab. Außerdem hat das WLAN nicht richtig funktioniert

Perfekt für uns.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, ca 15-20 Min. in die Innenstadt. Die Gastgeber gaben gute Infos bez. Restaurants und Aktivitäten.

Ein Besen zum Fegen. Ein Duschvorhang fehlte. Badeschuhe unbedingt am Strand erforderlich!

Molto piacevole

L'appartamento è di recente realizzazione, con spazi adeguati per una coppia, la maggior parte degli arredi è nuovo. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e accogliente. E' al piano terra e la parte esterna è a disposizione con un tavolino, due sedie e un ombrellone, c'è persino un lavandino esterno per sciacquare i costumi al rientro dal mare, è pavimentato quindi si può entrare e uscire direttamente dalla finestra del soggiorno. Le persiane sono moderne e possono essere regolate per far entrare più o meno luce.

L'appartamento non ha dei difetti evidenti, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unica pecca se proprio dobbiamo trovarla è l'assenza della finestra in bagno che comunque è dotato di una ventola fortissima. Non rimane alcuna umidità a fine doccia.

Sehr schöne und neue Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und telefonisch erreichbar bei unserer verspäteten Ankunft. Getränke im Kühlschrank…🤗
