BEACH ROYAL is a nice apartment with one bedroom. It has an ideal location in the city center 1 minute walk from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the famous pedestrian zone. The south facing balcony will allow you to take a glass of rosé in a quiet place.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The walls and white furniture give a sleek and airy style embellished by the moldings on the ceiling.
Being set back from the street, you will enjoy being in a quiet place in the city center. Fully equipped, you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space welcoming and good to live.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator. It benefits from free Wi-Fi (optical fiber) and is air conditioned in the living room.

From start (booking) to finish (our stay) was just fantastic. We have stayed in Nice many times and always in a hotel. This apartment is a game changer and I’m organising my next trip back and I will use this company and service again. All one can ask for is communication and it was there all along the way. They even have a bag minding service on your last day for free. Amazing!!

This place is located very conveniently to Promenade, our favorite place in Nice, to city center and everything is accessible by foot. The office is just a few steps nearby, which is important if you need to drop off your keys and the flight is early in the morning. The place is clean, and the service is great, as usual with Nestor and Jeeves.
We thought that the apartment was lacking some furniture pieces and also dishes. There are only 2 cups. It would be great if a little money is invested into getting a better coffee table and more cups, at least. The bed is too big for the size of the bedroom, which makes it very uncomfortable to use the bed and wardrobes. A nightstand or a chair in the bedroom would make a lot of difference. Overall, the apartment is definitely looks like a budget category, but not classic as advertised.

A brilliant apartment has everything you need ...very clean and well presented ...we stayed from 31st march until 7th april 2024.....it was perfect ...nothing to complain about ...there was nothing wrong with anything ....we loved it ...we loved the location....the online concierge..everything in the apartment was what we needed being away from home were from Scotland.....thank you for z great stay in nice....graham foley
