Интерьер устарел . Посуда и кухня желает замены . Санузел и душевая кабина подлежит замене, в ней брезгливо принимать душь . В комнате постоянно гудел какой-то распределитель ( шумоизоляция отсутствует . Спальня насколько мала , что встать с кровати невозможно ,надо с нее сползать

I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Nice. The location was perfect—just two minutes from the sea, and the apartment itself was comfortable, with air conditioning and a lovely balcony. A standout feature was the amazing restaurant, Tapas Z, located right in the building, which made dining a breeze. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
The only downside was that there were no basic cooking products available, like you typically find in rentals. I had to purchase even minor essentials like sponges.
