The vacation rental is situated in a stunning location, just a few meters from the beach, and is perched on a dune right on the beachfront. The "Grüne Düne"is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Baabe; its architecture—with its graceful arched windows, terraces, and color scheme—makes it truly unique. The building features a total of 23 exclusive vacation apartments, as well as a sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and an elevator. Bicycle parking is also available in front of the building. The fine sandy beach is about 100 m away, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach—not just during the swimming season. You can plan trips to various attractions, as well as visit cafés and restaurants, all just a few minutes’ walk from the “Grüne Düne.”
Grüne Düne Apartment 18 with balcony:
Apartment No. 18 is located in a very quiet area on the 2nd floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator. This non-smoking vacation apartment, with its approximately 38 square meters of space, offers plenty of room for up to 2 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The light-filled living area features a leather sofa, two coffee tables, a side table, a reading lamp, a TV stand, and a recliner. Free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a DAB radio, and a Blu-ray player round out the entertainment options. From here, you can step out onto the large, furnished balcony (south/west-facing) with a view of the greenery; it also features an electric awning, so you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. Adjacent to the living area is the comfortable kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker with thermos, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and a dining table. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames, two nightstands, insect screens, blackout curtains, and a large closet with a safe and a smart TV. A travel crib can be set up in the bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a toilet. A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available for your use. In the basement of the Grüne Düne, a communal sauna with a shower, toilet, and relaxation room is available for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. A parking space (No. 18) is located directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. To explore the surrounding area, 2 bicycles are also available free of charge (not part of the contract and used at your own risk). The initial supply of a linens package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 dish towel) can be booked for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival or supplemented with your own items.
