Welcome to Haus Meeresblick—a modern apartment complex in the charming Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe. Nestled in the idyllic coastal forest and located right next to the spa park, you’ll enjoy a vacation in a prime location—just about 80 meters from the fine-sand beach of the Baltic Sea. The complex consists of three detached houses that blend harmoniously with the region’s traditional seaside resort architecture. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you’ll find small shops, an ice cream parlor, a souvenir shop, as well as cafés and restaurants. Fresh rolls for a relaxing breakfast are also available on-site during the season. In the summer months, a variety of events await you in the nearby spa park, and beach chairs are available for rent on the beach from April through October.

The light-filled “Sernetta” 2-room vacation apartment offers a cozy home for up to 3 people in approximately 39 m²—ideal for couples or small families. This non-smoking apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained Meeresblick apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. The modern corner apartment features a well-thought-out floor plan and appropriate amenities. The cozy living area, featuring a sleeper sofa (which can accommodate a third person; 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a coffee table, a floor lamp, a display cabinet, an LED TV, a radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi, invites you to relax. Adjacent to the open-concept living/dining area is a high-quality built-in kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a variety of kitchen utensils. Both areas are complemented by a dining area by the window with a view of the greenery. The south-facing, furnished private balcony with a marble table is accessible directly from the living area and offers peaceful, sunny views. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a full-length mirror, a large wardrobe with built-in drawers, and a second LED TV. Blackout curtains ensure restful nights. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a spacious sink area with a mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, and convenient storage options. All rooms feature select vinyl flooring, which creates a hygienic and comfortable living environment. Pets are welcome for an additional fee and provided they have their own sleeping area. A private parking space (No. 61, entry height 2.00 m) is located in the building’s underground garage, right at the entrance to the garage. In the building’s basement, you have the option to use a washer/dryer for a fee. Take the elevator in Building A to reach the lower level of the Meeresblickanlage, where a spacious and bright wellness area awaits you. Here, you can swim a few laps in the pool, get your circulation going in two saunas, relax your body in the adjoining relaxation room, enjoy a refreshing shower in the spiral shower and other showers, and breathe in the fresh air on an outdoor terrace with an outdoor shower. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional fee or by bringing your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

The swimming pool is closed during the second week of January each year for maintenance work.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
