Is this what you’re looking for: to start your day on the beach—just a few steps away—and then unwind on a wind-protected balcony? To relax in the hotel’s own wellness area with a pool and saunas? To take a quick stroll in the evening along Strandstraße, the promenade just a few meters away? Then you’ve come to the right place. The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on the Mönchgut Peninsula in the southeastern part of Rügen and is often considered more laid-back than the more famous resorts of Binz and Sellin, which are just a few minutes’ drive away. Here you’ll find not only beautiful heathland but also family-friendly sandy beaches lined with dunes. The kilometer-long beach promenade is perfect for walking and biking and is also accessible to people in wheelchairs. Haus Meeresblick is situated amid the dunes right on the Baltic Sea beach and borders Baabe’s spa park. Just a short walk away is the idyllic harbor of Baabe on the Bodden—from here, you can take a boat trip to the island of Vilm.



Haus Meeresblick A 2.27 Captain’s Cabin with Balcony:

This individually furnished, non-smoking apartment with a separate bedroom on the second floor of Haus Meeresblick offers plenty of space. With approximately 41 m² of space, you’ll feel right at home with up to 2 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old) in a travel crib. You’ll find a living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette, fully equipped with a 4-zone stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Of course, a cozy dining area has also been provided. In the adjoining living area, a couch invites you to linger. The comfortable armchair is the ideal spot to wind down at the end of the day or to relax whenever you like. You’ll also find a floor lamp, a coffee table, and shelves where some vacation reading material awaits you. An internet connection (Wi-Fi/LAN) is included. The entertainment setup is rounded out by a flat-screen TV and a DAB radio. On the sheltered, north-facing balcony—which is furnished with chairs—you can find peace and quiet, as it’s only visible from one side. You can access it from the living area. In the separate bedroom, the only thing that might disturb you at night is the sound of the wind rustling through the pine trees. A 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed with comfortable reversible mattresses (HG 3 & 4), nightstands, a spacious closet, a flat-screen TV, and insect screens round out the amenities. The modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, a toilet, a sink area, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a cabinet. Pets are not allowed. An underground parking space (No. 16, entry height 2.00 m) is available to our vacation guests free of charge, from which you can conveniently reach your vacation apartment by elevator. An alternative outdoor parking space is located behind Café Zeit. The wellness area, reserved exclusively for residents of Haus Meeresblick, features a swimming pool (approx. 8.00 x 4.00 m —1.35 m deep), two saunas (1 bio-sauna & 1 Finnish sauna), an experience shower, three shower areas, a spiral shower, as well as changing rooms for women and men, and, of course, restrooms. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun and sea air without the hustle and bustle of the beach. In the building’s basement, you can use a washer/dryer for a fee. A travel crib is provided free of charge for our younger guests. You can book a high chair for an additional fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

The swimming pool is closed during the second week of January each year for maintenance work.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
