You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds at this comfortable second-floor condo - a quiet, setting on the Sandpiper Bay Golf Course, plus easy access to Sunset Beach, around five miles away. Myrtle Beach is only 30 miles away, and tons of local shops, restaurants, and attractions surround you.
Start the day with coffee on your serene balcony, overlooking the pond. Inside, you’ll find a space that’s been renovated with tile and luxury flooring, and nine-foot vaulted ceilings to make the space live large. Meal prep is a breeze in the open, full kitchen, and the gang can eat together at the adjacent table. When it’s time to head for the beach, don’t forget to grab all the toys, gear, and boogie boards out of the storage closet. If you’ve got golf on your mind, there’s a spare set of clubs available as well.
At dinnertime, head to one of the complex’s shared charcoal grills for an easy meal, or step out to a local restaurant. Unwind on the couch while you stream the latest release or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. Call it a night in one of the well-appointed bedrooms, but not before another trip to the balcony for a toast to your good luck at booking the perfect family escape and bring a furry friend with you, we are dog-friendly.

Great condo in a very nice community. The location is close to Sunset Beach, OIB, and Calabash.

Stayed in the area for the half marathon and to enjoy the beach. The place was clean, nice and quiet. Would stay again, as we liked the area. Property management company text and/or called leading up to our stay to sign extra forms and during our stay I heard from them some way or another daily. They asked how clean it was, how our check-in was, to tell them when we checked out. We were only there 2 days and I wanted to relax not feel bombarded on my phone constantly. Also, they have a ring camera so if they wanted to know when we left they could check that. Other than that. It was fine.

Stay was very nice and we’d stay here again if available. Two issues (correctable) that we encountered was the abundance of cat or dog hair on porch that we had to vacuum up. Everything else was spotless and welcoming. The second issue was pots to boil water. We could not find any. Just two small pans. Thanks for sharing your place which was enjoyable having coffee on the porch.
