All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

We had a great stay with Sea Trail. The property was as described and very quiet. Short drive to the beach and shopping. This is our second year with Sea Trail and I can see many more in the future.

First I'll start with booking was easy and just what we needed. Space is great. Check-in not so great and guest services rude and not helpful. Where is good customer service these days? Never received code for check-in until after 4pm ck-in after I called twice. Never received email ck-in instructions until 4:30pm when sitting in parking lot to check-in. Frig would not cool but they did fix that. Pool was disappointing and not clean. Mold and algae.

My wife, daughter and I spent a fabulous week at this condo at Sea Trail. Everything exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet and relaxing. The screened in porch bordered one of the fairways on the golf course and was perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing. It felt like home. The location was ideal - close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and numerous walking trails. Our family had a great week and will certainly return many times. Thank you to the owners of this property for their attention to detail and hospitality!Kevin and Pat McGrath
