Charming basement living space inside private home on a quiet cul-de-sac. 5 minutes to Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek State Park (biking, hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking). 15 minutes to Wash Park and Gaylord St restaurants . 20 minutes to Cherry Creek upscale shopping and restaurants. Less than an hour to foothills and mountain towns. Enjoy all Colorado has to offer.

Check in was very easy, host was nice and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable, overall great stay.

The property was cozy and clean. The host Colette was amazing. I wish the bathroom was inside the basement instead of up a flight of stairs. This would of given us access to a sink and a running faucet. Would of liked a private entrance and a seperate climate control that we could set to our liking. Great place for a younger couple that do not have issues with achy joint and climbing stairs.

What a lovely home and space. Colette is really sweet and accommodating.
We were comfortable and slept peacefully. We especially enjoyed Brody greeting us every day. Thank you for hosting us.
