Building had water damage recently.
Our unit was not affected and in very nice shape.
Kitchen pots, pans, coffee maker can use upgrade.
Location was very convenient to shuttle bus and Frazer restaurants.

Needs a NEW lockbox- it was difficult to get into
Loved the access to the hot tub.
It was comfortable despite the dated bed room furniture and bedspread
