About this house rental
The perfect vacation home for the whole family: Spend your vacation on the North Sea coast in exceptional comfort and with cozy places to relax in our vacation home “Jule Ahoi.”
Location
The newly renovated vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in the town of Stedesand. A farm stand and a restaurant are just a few kilometers from the vacation home. Nearby is the Alte Soholmer Au River, which, in good weather, invites you to take a long walk through nature. Here you can unwind and get away from the noise and hustle and bustle, gaining some much-needed distance from everyday life. This cozy little village is an excellent base for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, or the Halligen islands; to Denmark; to Husum, the hometown of Theodor Storm; or even to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town, Niebüll, is 4 km away. The Dagebüll harbor, with ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum, is 17 km away.
Amenities
The approximately 105-square-meter vacation home impresses with its bright, spacious, and modern charm. The large, light-filled living room with a dining area is perfect for cozy get-togethers. Here, you can relax and wind down at the end of a day with your family. In addition to the seating area and a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace ensures cozy moments even during the colder months.
In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find another dining area, a stove with a range hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and an internet radio.
The modern bathroom on the first floor, featuring a sink, a walk-in shower, a separate illuminated vanity cabinet equipped with a 5x magnifying mirror, a toilet, and an urinal, rounds out the amenities. In the separate laundry room on the first floor, a washing machine and dryer are available for free use.
A staircase leads to the two cozy bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200). The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 × 200) and features a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
On the idyllic terrace, complete with a beach chair and a seating area with an umbrella, you can relax and wind down at the end of your day with your loved ones.
A charcoal grill is also available here.

Mitte September verbrachten wir 10 wunderbare Tage im Ferienhaus von Familie Jacobsen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Perfekte Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und ein überaus freundlicher Empfang machten die Zeit im Ferienhaus von Familie Jacobsen zu einem unvergesslichen und erholsamen Urlaub. Ganz herzlichen Dank, liebe Familie Jacobsen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Das Ferienhaus Jule befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in dem sehr gepflegten Ort Stedesand.
Das Haus ist hochwertig und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet.
In dem komplett neu eingerichteten Haus fehlte es an nichts. Von sämtlichen Küchengeräten bis zur Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner war alles vorhanden. Für Familien mit Kindern sind neben einer großen Kiste mit Duplosteinen, jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele, sowie Spielzeug für den Garten vorhanden.
Das Haus ist mit drei Fernsehern, Internetradios sowie schnellem Glasfaserinternet ausgestattet.
Der zur Verfügung stehende große und sehr gepflegte Garten verfügt über einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen, einen Sonnenschirm, einenStrandkorb sowie einen Grill. Zusätzlich sind auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ebenfalls Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.
In diesem wunderschönen Haus mit seiner angenehmen Atmosphäre fühlten wir uns in den 11 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl, sodass wir dieses Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.

Ein hochwertig, eingerichtetes und tadellos sauberes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger-Lage.
Die kurzfristig Buchung unserseits über ferien-an-der-nordsee.de, Betr. Buchungsformalitäten, Schlüsselübergabe etc. waren völlig unkompliziert und problemlos.
Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen; wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.
Fazit: Wann immer möglich, reisen wir gerne wieder dorthin! ein absolutes Erholungsziel.
