About this house rental
A peaceful oasis for families, couples, and their furry friends. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view across the fields. This bright and modern semi-detached home accommodates up to five people and is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing North Sea vacation.
Location
The beautiful “Lina’s Huis” is situated on a quiet inner dike in the small Frisian village of Galmsbüll, with a view of the vast marshland—sunset views included. The North Sea is a 20-minute bike ride away. The nearest grocery store, with fresh bread rolls and restaurants, is about 4 km away.
Amenities
“Lina’s Huis” offers approximately 120 m² of living space, a large southwest-facing terrace, and a fenced-in garden of about 600 m².
The spacious, light-filled living area features a large, comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, a modern dining area, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher, espresso capsule machine, and coffee maker. An utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet, round out the amenities. The bathroom also offers direct access to the garden and a stunning view of the marshland.
On the upper floor are two larger bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 × 200), one of which is equipped with a TV, as well as a smaller bedroom with a single bed (90 × 200). Also on the first floor is a large shower room with a toilet.
The entire house is sustainably heated via underfloor heating powered by a heat pump.
When the weather is nice, the terrace—complete with a beautiful beach chair—invites you to relax. Comfortable patio furniture, a large patio table, and a parasol are available for the whole family. A charcoal grill is on hand for the perfect barbecue evening. For excursions, two bicycles are available for free use in the carport.

Children and dogs are very welcome. The large, fenced-in garden offers plenty of space for both two-legged and four-legged friends to run around and play.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Parking spaces and a carport enclosed on three sides are available right next to the house. If you’re traveling by electric car, a weather-protected wallbox (11 kW) is available in the carport for a fee (0.45 €/kWh).
An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked as part of this reservation and is already included in the final price.

Doppelhaushälfte in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, von Kamin über eine tolle Badewanne und guten Betten. Man ist allerdings auf das Auto angewiesen. Dieses steht trocken unter einem Carport. Wer einen großen Hund hat, muss bei der steilen Treppe aufpassen! Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus. (Die braucht allerdings 2 Tage um richtig warm zu werden). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was dazu gehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Gegend hat uns auch super gefallen, sehr ruhig. Wir empfehlen zu 100 % weiter. Vielen Dank für alles..

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Unser Hund hat sich besonders über den großen, eingezäunten Garten gefreut. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
