Beautiful Waterfront Home! Separated by 3 levels and sits close to the water!
Main level offers a nice, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Living room with flatscreen TV, gas fireplace (available October - April) + ½ bath Master suite with king bed and tile shower. Lakeside deck offers a great space to relax while having your morning coffee or winding down from a day out on the lake!
Upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo between the 2 bedrooms.
Lower level family room with pool table, spacious sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV. There are 2 more bedrooms on the lower level (1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom.
5 TVs total, including 1 on the deck.
Exit from patio to paver walkway which leads to a wood-burning fire-pit!
2 paddleboards & 2 kayaks available for use!
Covered boat slip with hoist - 20', 3000# max. (SHALLOW WATER COVE, ONLY BOATS WITH SHALLOW DRAG* SUCH AS PONTOON BOATS & PWCS RECOMMENDED. NO VHULL BOATS, RUNABOUTS, CENTER CONSOLES, ETC), electricity & lights.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. This lake house was perfect as far as rooms, distance and terrian leading to lake, amenities, boat dock, available equipment (paddle boards, kayak's, pool table,)Mains issues centered around condition of deck furniture and grounds management. Deck fuirniture was plentiful but confusing (could not tell which cushions to use where?) Many of this cushions where disqustingly dirty and bird droppins could be found on furniture. Some deck furniture was in poor to unusable condition while still remainng on the deck. (should have been removed from property. The lawn was recently mowed, but heavy grass clippings covered most walk ways. Wood scraps and other debri was sccattered around property giving a feeling of untidiness. We found mops and floor mats left on the deck when we arrived.This property has everything it needs to be excellent if someone would just pay attention to the detail especiallu at this rental price point!

The home was clean, well equipped and its lay out easily accommodated our two families. Property Management was great as well! The dock area is shallow so we docked our tritoon boat at Mitchells Marina, which was conveniently located around the corner from the house at the end of Trading Post road. We enjoyed floating, kayaking, paddleboarding and especially enjoyed the lack of boat traffic on this cove. Would stay again for sure!
