You will awaken every day to unmatched beautiful views and energizing sounds of the gulf just outside your windows and private lanai. No matter which area of our home that you relax in and enjoy, your eyes are drawn to the beauty of the sunlit water views that glisten outside every window.
This second floor condo offers:
= Two bedrooms each with their own full bath completely remodeled February 2024 (UPDATED PICTURE TO COME),, TV, spacious closets and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom contains a relaxing king size bed with a comforting and luxurious memory foam topper, and the guest bedroom contains a Queen size bed. UPDATED PICTURES TO COME
= A cheerful and well-equipped kitchen, with flat glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, offers you every amenity as you prepare meals to enjoy in the separate dining area or your private lanai which overlooks the gulf.
= Beautiful ceramic tile throughout the kitchen and living area creates a very inviting, clean, and open floor plan. Off the kitchen is a wrought iron and glass dining area with mirrored wall which then opens to the living area.
= The Living area has two comfy leather rocker recliners and a butter soft leather sleeper sofa. Unwind in these at any time and as you enjoy the large screen flat panel HDTV with home theatre sound system as your favorite movie plays or record your favorite programs on the DVR as you relax on the beautiful beach.
= Watch the dolphins swim by as you listen to your favorite music. The majesty of the gulf with the graceful birds soaring, and the gentle lapping of the waves upon the shell filled beach creates a music of its own as a perfect backdrop!

This condo is literally right on the beach! You can hear the surf from most of the condo rooms and sunsets were amazing! What a plus having beach chairs and umbrella to use every day. The beach is not overly crowded close to the condo building, and the sea turtles were laying eggs while we were there. The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. Would have given an overall higher rating but the place really could benefit from some TLC: a deep, thorough cleaning and repair, cleaning and/or updating of some of the furniture, fans and window coverings. Many thanks for sharing your place with us. We loved being in Siesta Key!
