Enjoy the unrestricted views (no sea oats or berm) of the ocean and sunsets from our beach front condo just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on Turtle Beach known for its quiet, relaxing, low-key vibe. We have the most unique location on the island, the Sarasota Bay intercoastal waters very close to our back door and the Gulf of Mexico right at our front door; and no hike to the beach giving you perfect island life possibilities!
Recently remodeled and updated, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully appointed and stocked kitchen, cable TV's and private internet. All of the appliances were updated in 2020 and new furnishings, flooring, and paint in 2020 and 2021. The master has a king bed with Gulf view and the second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with the bay view. Each bedroom has new room darkening shades and TV's, and the master bedroom has a hotel style room safe for your piece of mind. The bedrooms have new beds, mattresses, linens, and quilts with special attention paid by our excellent cleaning staff for quality cleaning practices throughout.
Enjoy the free boat docks (up to 25') and kayak docks. Rentals available nearby for boats, kayaks, and paddleboards; or bring your own! We offer all the beach gear you will need- chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, & cooler - just bring suntan lotion!
We are within walking distance to 3 restaurants - Turtle Beach Pub, Turtles, and Ophelia's on the Bay. For more restaurants, shopping, and beach experiences; catch the free Siesta Key Trolley nearby and ride to Siesta Village, Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach, and Captain Curt's Village area at Stickney Point Bridge. Turtle Beach also offers a children's playground, sand volleyball area, and boat/kayak launch.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn’t care for was the early check out time of 9am. 10am is pretty much the standard.

It was a gorges view: we ate on the patio with the wind coming through the screens. I recommend this unit for anyone who loves the ocean.
