The condo has everything you will need. Kitchen VERY well stocked w/EVERYTHING. Some spices are there as well... Many small appliances as well.. blender, coffee pot, etc... even a juicer. Lots of dishes, pots and pans etc. Bedding is great quality, nice towels, and about 6 large beach towels. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas in the guest closet. We only needed three chairs, so not sure how many are actually in there, but the three we used were nice quality and not broken. Both the umbrellas also were not broken and easy to put up.GREAT views - Beach was great for my 88 y/o Mother to get to the water. You won't be disappointed in the nightly sunsets. Host Bette was easy to communicate with- and very fast to reply!!We were there the end of May - enjoyed every moment!!

My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO vacation rentals in a variety of locations in the southeastern part of the country. This visit was the best we have ever experienced. The condo exceeded our expectations. We plan to return in the next two years (or before!).

We had a very pleasant and relaxing week at this condo. It is quite large for a two bedroom, and the kitchen, in particular, is especially well equipped. One of the best features is the sitting room on the ocean side with large sliding windows. It’s very comfortable and has spectacular views of the sunsets over the gulf. We also made good use of the Breeze free shuttle that runs the length of the Key and gets you to the Village without the hassle of parking. We would certainly come back!

The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the sound was very relaxing. The condo was well equipped with beach amenities, kitchen/cooking supplies. Bette was a delight and very responsive.
