saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, neuwertige Ausstattung, ruhige Lage und trotzdem kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zur Gastronomie und zum Strand; zusätzliche Toilette vorhanden; 2 TV Geräte vorhanden; Strandkorb auf der Terrasse ist eine tolle Idee :)
