This three-room vacation rental in Haus Having is located on a quiet side street, nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the Mönchgut Peninsula. The unspoiled South Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, while the lively North Beach—with the Bernstein Promenade and the pier—is about 10 minutes away. The nearby town center, with shopping, a bus stop, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, savings bank, etc., is about 500 m away.
Haus Having Apartment No. 41 with balcony and ocean view:
This approximately 64 m² non-smoking 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the Mönchgut Peninsula from its covered, furnished balcony (south-facing). It can accommodate up to 4 adults. The spacious and bright living and dining area, like all other rooms, is lovingly decorated and furnished. A comfortable leather couch, a reading chair with a footstool, a coffee table, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, a stereo system, and vacation reading material round out the cozy living area. From here, you can step out onto your balcony, where you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea and the Mönchgut Peninsula. A dining table with chairs and a side table, as well as a sideboard, complete the open kitchen area, which features an oven with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The large bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with nightstands and lighting, a wardrobe, a sideboard, and a TV. The smaller bedroom has a French double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a nightstand and lighting, as well as a wardrobe. Blackout curtains and insect screens are also provided in both bedrooms. The tiled bathroom with natural light features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a sink. The small storage room contains cleaning supplies, an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner. Lockable bicycle storage is available. In a separate room (within the complex), you can use a washer and dryer (for a fee). Pets are not allowed. A parking space (No. 41) is included for you. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
