Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the semi private beach that even at its busiest moments make you feel like you have the beach to yourselves. It felt safe to land yourselves in one spot for the day and let the kids run freely without too much worry at all. The views are great and after a quick supermarket run for supplies you should have everything you need for the whole stay.

Lovely home right on the beach. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Perfect for our family of 7. Great views for 2 bedrooms facing the ocean. About 10 minutes to grocery store. The beach itself is amazing. Soft sand, no rocks or seaweed and tons of shells.

Property is great and centrally located. Cleanliness is an issue especially in the kitchen where we spent a lot of time when we arrived cleaning. Overall the place itself is really nice, just needs a lot of TLC. Would not be hard at all to turn this place into a 5 star. Just need to work at it.
