Main level great room offers an AMAZING space for entertaining!
Upper level master suite with king bed, soaking tub and shower. There is another bedroom with king bed, guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a half bath.
The upper level (setup sort of like a loft, but with more privacy) has a great hangout area - complete with couch, bunk bed and a full bathroom.
Lower level has game room w/pool table and wet bar. There's a bedroom, flex room and a bathroom with shower downstairs as well.
Spacious patio with lakeside HOT TUB!
Beautifully landscaped lakeside allows for an easy walk to the hardscaped fire-pit and dock where you'll find 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for use. Floating dock for boat tie up, electricity and lights. Nice dockhouse w/fridge, microwave &TV.
Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.

My family had an excellent stay at Lake Affect, spending five days there over the Labor Day holiday. From top to bottom, this house is excellent. We had no issues with our stay, and would definitely recommend to others / keep it as an option for our next visit to SML.
Pros:
Modern, well appointed home
Boat house / dock - beautiful location, plenty of seating, bar w/TV. One of the highlights of the home.
Kitchen - huge, plenty of space to cook / store food.
Basement - pool table was a hit, as was the bar / TV combo there as well
Hot tub - brand new and a great way to wind down your day
Cons:
None to really speak of. The only potential drawback is a minimally equipped cookware set in the kitchen; however, we expect this in rental properties
The check-in / check-out process was excellent as well. Quick and easy, the staff was helpful in answering the questions I had.
In short, we would highly recommend this rental team and property. A can't miss when planning your next trip to SML.
