About this apartment rental
The Helga Apartment is located on the upper floor of our townhouse and offers 60 m² of living space for 2–5 people, not far from the center of Schladming. The vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Smoking is not permitted inside our house; smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony.
Free parking for 2 cars is available right in front of the house. Our guests particularly appreciate the central yet quiet location. The Planai Stadium and the bus stop for the 4-Mountain Ski Area are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shops, restaurants, and the water park in the immediate vicinity ensure a relaxing and car-free vacation.
The Schladming-Dachstein ski area, with the 4-Mountain Ski Circuit, connects some of Europe’s most beautiful ski resorts. (Hauser Kaibling – Planai – Hochwurzen – Reiteralm).
From late May through mid-October, the all-inclusive Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card (effective summer 2017) is included in the nightly rate. More than 95% of all recreational activities (cable cars, toll roads, admission fees, etc.) are included in the Summer Card.
The apartment rate includes a one-time final cleaning fee, the overnight stay tax, and the attractive All-Inclusive Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due upon booking. !!!
The children’s discounts for the apartment are as follows: Free for ages 0–2, 30% discount for ages 3–5, 20% discount for ages 6–15.

Apartment, separate toilet and bathroom/shower:
Our vacation rental is approximately 60 m² in size and features a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area, as well as two separate bedrooms—each furnished with a double bed and a triple bed, along with a closet and a laundry area. This applies to a booking for the entire apartment (3–5 people).
For bookings for 2 people, only 1 bedroom is available. The second bedroom can be added upon request.
The apartment also features 1 bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
One of the bedrooms opens onto the balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
A crib and a single bed are available upon request.
Children’s discounts available upon request!!
Check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and check-out from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
