Lovely stay

We have stayed at the house before and as we liked it very much, we came to stay again. The room was cosy and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, we had an extra room at our convenience. Breakfast, included in the price, offers variety but the home made plum jam is the most delicious part of it. The dog of the house is friendly and likes the guests. The house has a great open space in front and it gives tranquility and the sense for real winter.

Amazing host Karolina! Very kind, helpful and nice person. We were very late at Check-In and she waited for us at late night hours. We stayed for 6 nights and had 3 rooms on upper floor with amazing views!!!! It was unbelievably beautiful view from our balcony. In room 8 we had additional separated room for our child. Very clean, comfortable, specious... All was great!!! On breakfast you will get REAL milk from their cows. Very tiny note for travelers: take shampoo with you. and the wood floor in one room is a bit noisy, so if your sleep is very sensitive, ask for quite room ahead. In Addition, we got a summer card (didn't knew about it before) that gives you a lot of discounts and free activities (when you order more then 2 nights) Our son loved playing with the hostess's daughter!!! Thank you very much!!!! Very recommended place!! A Big "Hi" to Izabella from Lion :)

A great place in Schladming

Perfect accommodation! If you're looking for a quiet, tidy and unique place that gives you a sense of home, this is the place for you. A great base for Reiteralm, Hochwurzen and Planai mountains, all of which offer high quality skiing. Really enjoyed the stay!

It was really cute and well located for skiing and hiking. Also has a really nice view to the mountains from the balcony.

I liked the family farm atmosphere. Friendly and helpful landlady. Tasty breakfast. Property equipment for skiers and snowboarders (boots dryer, ski room, map of ski areal).

Overall I am satisfied for the low price. You can't find anything cheaper this close to the lifts.

Staff - very friendly and helpful. Also with a decent English, which is a huge plus. Comfy bed, clean rooms, daily cleaned up. Extremely good price for how close to the ski resort it is located.

A common toilet for the whole upper floor (probably). Breakfasts could be a little more variable or with bigger choice.

Tolle Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon und modernes Bad (leider ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten) überdachter Parkplatz, lieber Hund, Katzen und Kühe

Das Frühstück war leider nicht so reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich wie erwartet. Es gab weder Obst, noch Gemüse oder Quark/Joghurt. Der Kaffee war dünn und lauwarm.

Przyznam, że przed rezerwacją noclegu natknąłem się na kilka mniej pochlebnych opinii dotyczących właścicielki, jedzenia, a nawet miejsc parkingowych. Szczerze mówiąc, wzbudziło to we mnie lekkie obawy. Ostatecznie jednak atrakcyjna cena skłoniła mnie do dokonania rezerwacji – i była to świetna decyzja! W naszym przypadku wszystko okazało się zupełnie inaczej niż w krytycznych komentarzach. Właścicielka jest wspaniała, co można dostrzec w 30 sek. oceniając jej relacje ze zwierzakami – pies (z polskiego schroniska) jest ufny i przyjazny a koty bardzo „przytulaśne”. Jeśli ktoś w tym momencie martwi się alergią – spokojnie. Zwierzęta mają swoje miejsce i nie pojawiają się ani w pokojach, ani w jadalni, więc nie ma powodów do obaw. Co do śniadań – jestem szczerze zaskoczony, że ktoś mógł je wcześniej krytykować. Choć określane jako kontynentalne (dla mnie oznacza to minimalizm), były smaczne, świeże i w zupełności wystarczające, by dobrze zacząć dzień. Parking? Jest zadaszona wiata – wygodna i praktyczna. Nie do końca rozumiem skąd zarzuty osób, które najwyraźniej chciałyby parkować gdziekolwiek, np. na trawniku, a potem się dziwią, że nie mogą. Podsumowując: wszystko było naprawdę SUPER! Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i z chęcią tu wrócę
