In the district of Rohrmoos 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 3 km from the centre of Rohrmoos, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill, 1 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden 1'300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 6 km long motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. "The apartment (entire building) is quite new (2017) and very nice finished! Large bathroom and shower area! Very lange balcony with stunning view of Dachstein mountains!!
