The property was pristine and easy to get into. The hottub was GREAT after a long day on the beach. Close enough to everything, but very private and quiet- exactly as we wanted. The beach is mearly downstairs! We were parked 2ft from it!! 10/10 will book again for our snowbird escapes!

The unit was clean upon entering. It was much smaller than I anticipated. It worked out for me because I was staying by myself however, if there were other guests, it would have been very tight. There was no direct ocean or beach view as I anticipated. There was no elevator so carrying everything up and down the stairs was challenging. I would seek another location next time.

I haven’t found on the description of property that it states “no elevator”. My husband and I had a difficult time getting up and down stairs especially unloading and leaving. The apartment was clean. It’s very small. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. There is room to have them I’m not sure why you wouldn’t have them. I relied on the extra bedroom to lay my clothes out across the beds. The beds are very comfortable but covers are old and stained. There is no recliner in the living room. Only a couch and straight chair. So my husband stretched out and watched TV and I watched in the bedroom. TV’s were nice and big. There is nowhere to sit outside and the beach can only be seen from the opposite side of the condo. The pool is tiny between two building but was clean. Most of the afternoon it’s shaded. The beach is a very close walk through the garage. That was nice. We were able to purchase chairs on the beach and an umbrella. This is off season so I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect for the price. But when I looked at booking next summer the price goes up substantially so I’d rather book with another condo that was larger and had elevator for the same price.
