The Sea Oats location was perfect for our family vacation. It was close enough to all the tourist activities without being right in the middle of it. We enjoyed the deeded access to the beach and the pools! We went back and forth between both throughout the days!

We particularly loved that this property was on the bay as well as directly across the street from the beach, allowing us to enjoy time at the beach and do a little fishing if we wanted to. The pool was usually not overcrowded and was very enjoyable. We would love to stay at Sea Oats A203 again in the future.

We liked the location just across the street from the beach a short walk. The condo had most of the amenities we needed and was comfortable. I should have asked more questions as we came empty handed in regards to things like hand soap, tissues and spices for cooking etc.. I didn’t know it was on the second floor with no elevator but that’s my fault for not checking first. I really liked the decor and there were plenty of towels and dishes. I would mention that the frying pans were scratched through the Teflon so we didn’t use them, but there were plenty of other pans. The burner on the coffee pot didn’t heat so coffee got cold but we rewarmed it in the microwave. We had plenty of ice in the freezer. We only ate in once, there are so many great places near by to eat! The balcony had nice tall chairs to sit and enjoy the weather. We also enjoyed the big pool, wish there was a little shade there. We’ll bring an umbrella next time we come. All in all a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and the town!

4 flights of stairs, very hot stairwell/hallways. It says it sleeps 6 but the pullout sofa is so thin the bar hits your back so we couldn’t use it. Not enough places to sit with very little living room furniture.
