About this house rental
The home is located in the Taos Historic District – under ½ mile to the Taos Plaza and the great restaurants and galleries in Taos. This home features – after a cautious renovation - all the cherished and charming details you look for in a traditional New Mexico Adobe style home:

· 3 Kiva Fireplaces – 1 operational with a gas insert - others add to the unique style
· 1 new fully automatic iron stove that supports the radiant floor heat

· Ceiling fans for the warmer days of summer
· In June to September - window A/C units in the 2 main bedrooms for cool and
refreshing sleep
· Copper countertops in the traditional real wood kitchen
· beamed Ceilings with Vigas in the Living room and the kitchen
· arched Doorways and skylights to make it sun-flooded and light
· walled front courtyard with HotTub and garden furniture to enjoy mountain views
Obviously the house has all the amenities you are looking for – dishwasher, refrigerator, manual Espresso machine (for all the coffee aficionados), Smart TV with local channels and ability to use all your streaming accounts. We also provide frontloader washer/dryers for your cleaning needs.
The house sleeps 4-6 people (2 bedrooms and a Den with a Full Sleeper Sofa) comfortably, with a Master / Master bathroom and a shared 2nd bathroom.

Such a cute and cozy adobe! We loved the layout, the beam ceilings, the extra space heaters for the bunk room really came in handy. We would certainly chose this location again, and the property manager checked in with us often to be sure we were able to access, comfortable, and then jumped right on a tiny maintenance problem. It was fantastic!

This was our second trip to this location in Taos. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Wonderful residence. Ms. Jaramillo the care taker was a gracious host.

The house was extremely comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room in the house to not be tripping over one another. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house and property as well. Communication on checking in was top notch and made the whole process much smoother for us with no worries. Being within walking distance of the Plaza with plenty of shopping and dining options was definitely nice as well.
