About this house rental
Newquay holiday home is a three-bedroom newly refurbished with open plan living , located on the highly desirable Pentire side of Newquay, near Fistral Beach and the town centre.
As you enter the open plan living ( all new 2020) you will find it is well-equipped with all your home-comforts such as 75 inch TV, Sky TV (sky Q) with sky sports, BT Sports channel, CatchUp TV, USB ports in lounge and dining area. There are two sofas
The kitchen diner all new 2020 has High level oven, hob, Dishwasher, WM, Microgrill, Fridge and Freezer, wine cooler and extra large breakfast bar as well as a ding table with chairs.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms are all carpeted. Bedroom 1 has a large supering size bed with wardrobe, drawers and 50 inch TV on the wall (skyQ) with the same sky package as downstairs. Bedroom 2 is a double with storage.
Bedroom 3 is a single room with storage. The bathroom new 2020 has a P shape bath with large shower head over bath, illuminated bath mirror, heated towel rail.
Newquay’s premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just a few minutes walk away, and is easily accessible for friends and families to carry surf boards, picnics and beach gear to the sand, so there’s no need to drive.
The accommodation has a private back garden where the evening can be spent relaxing with a glass of wine on the decked area or enjoying an evening BBQ at the end of a tiring day.
Equally accessible is the River Gannel tidal estuary, an area popular with bird watchers and anglers. The beauty and tranquillity of the area makes and ideal setting for scenic walks and picnicking. At low tide, enjoy the walk down the river to the marvellous Crantock Beach.
