If you're looking for a lovely place to call home while holidaying in one of Cornwall's favourite coastal towns, this attractive house with sea views and private garden settles in a quiet area just 3 minutes' walk from Newquay town centre, making it a terrific base from which to enjoy the town's best restaurants, beaches and attractions.
Arranged over two floors with the living areas on the ground and three double bedrooms above, Sea Boots comfortably accommodates six guests with plenty of space for unwinding and entertaining in. There's an elevated deck with outdoor furniture where meals can be shared al fresco, and a garden with sun loungers and a playhouse where the fresh air and sunshine can be savoured. The home’s three bedrooms include a master with sea views and two twin rooms which can be configured to super kings, so for family groups or couples it’s the ideal set up.
Whipping up family meals in the amply-equipped kitchen is a breeze however for those who prefer dining out, you'll find restaurants like The Harbour Fish and Grill, and The Bottle within 10 minutes' walk of the front door. Of course Newquay is all about life on the coast and if beach days are what you're after they're in plentiful supply. Both Fistral and Great Western Beaches are just 3 minute's drive or 15 minutes' walk away, with the stunning family-friendly Porth Beach a mere 15 minutes by car.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
