We thought the house was great! Obviously a little outdated, could definitely use a few updates in the bathrooms, and some sort of hard surface flooring. The house was clean when we arrived (except the stained carpet) appliances worked, location was excellent, comfortable furniture, mattresses were not old, and the kitchen was decently stocked. Would rent this place again.

This is the perfect location but the condo is not being maintained. The sliding doors don’t lock properly, the blinds don’t adjust, the carpet is stained, there is new decking after storm damage but it is not up to correct standards for rail spacing. I think for the rate they could do better.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would consider renting it again, but the home could use some attention.
The good: The location is good. The home is generally clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are clean and comfortable.
The not so good: The home needs some attention: There are no drawer pulls on the kitchen drawers which is really annoying. The downstairs toilet doesn't always shut off, most of the folding closet doors don't function properly and the vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors don't have handles to slide them open and they don't slide the way the should. Those are all little things that are just annoying but could be easily fixed. The bigger issue for me is the downstairs carpet. I understand this is a pet friendly rental so I don't expect the carpet to be perfectly spotless, but the carpet downstairs is beyond nasty and worn out and desperately needs to be replaced.
Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with some TLC this place could really be great.
