Open living and dining area with cathedral ceilings give this home a bright and cheerful atmosphere. Flat screen TV w/HD programming, WIFI. Great ocean views and unobstructed ICW views. Enjoy resting and relaxing on your front porch. When you're ready for the beach, you'll find the access just 100' east, located between 1017-1019 OBW. Something for everyone in the family!

The home could use an update. The beds are old and uneven and the furniture is dated and dirty. The house was not vacuumed due to what the property management said was a shortage of staff with the cleaning service. I asked for them to come fix it and they offered to have someone come the next day or for me to clean it myself. The internet was slow, the TV was not a smart TV so if we had not brought our game console we would have only been able to watch cable. The neighborhood and location was the saving grace for this property. The beach access was right across the street. The beach was clean and not crowded. Overall we had a good time playing games and swimming at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a delightful family vacation.
