Up to two adults are allowed per room.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a very clean, nice property with a great little back deck. Plenty of room and very nice to have two full bathrooms.

The unit and the complex are very well maintained. The only glitch we had was that the electric grill kept blowing fuses on our 2nd night so we couldn't grill until a new one was installed a week later(thanks to the property managers for ordering and following up.) Parking was sometimes a challenge when our little cul de sac was at capacity especially when there were larger pickups that didn't fit in a space. Weather was great and a good time was had by all!
