If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, you’ve found it with this oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Fully remodeled in March 2022, this bright space boasts ocean views throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is perfect for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can easily whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar.
When it’s time to head out, you’re steps away from the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there’s a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the cozy living room with a little TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature free cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer.

Beautiful unit. A/c worked well for the hot week we went and the rooms were great and spacious just hated the pool was right in front of the balcony. No real privacy during pool hours bc people are right by your balcony practically. Didn't like WiFi was turned off an hour prior to check out and that only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 7 day stay. Location of property is great and near everything. Not our first stay there but first stay at this unit and with vacasa..did not like vacasa would not even attempt to let me check in early even though unit was cleaned and ready !

The condo is small but furnished to accommodate the space. I was able to get in touch with property managers within minutes, as needed. This place is RIGHT over the pool so privacy is scant.

Carolina Beach is beautiful! The condo itself was okay. My parking pass wasn’t there upon arrival and trust me you need that immediately! Saw several cars getting a boot. The sheets were dirty with brown spots so had to get my own sheets and put them on, the outlets are so old they didn’t really charge very well and plugs would just fall out of the wall. The bar across the street plays very loud music on weekends till midnight.
All that said, love the location to the beach and boardwalk. We had a great time just know this is a very old building.
