Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, and then head inside to your full, well-equipped kitchen to prep some breakfast. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – the Sassy Bass Island Grill is right on site. After fueling up on French toast, it’s time for an easy stroll on the boardwalk to the beach, right outside your condo. Indoor and outdoor pools, golf at Kiva Dunes, tennis, and horseshoes are just a few other ways to spend your day close to home. If you want to explore, Fort Morgan State Historic Site lies to the west, and Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge lies just to the east.
At the end of the day, use the shared outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before you settle in. Keep dinner prep simple with the shared charcoal grills, or use that kitchen to make dinner and then eat together at the dining area for four. Watch a little TV and post the day’s pictures to social media with the free WiFi, and head off to bed to rest up for another perfect beach day tomorrow.

Nice place for a two day stay. New floor was nice and internet worked well. This place could use updates to bathrooms and kitchen.

The pool is so big it never feels overcrowded. It is right on the beach and a convenient boardwalk down. Very family friendly atmosphere. Never heard or saw any partying or wild nights. Great place for a family getaway with young kids.

The AC wasn’t working in this unit when our employees arrived. They notified management around 4:00 pm of the issue. It was way too hot to relax or sleep comfortably, so they had to impose on another couple of our employees overnight. A serviceman wasn’t sent out until noon the following day. Very poor customer service considering we spent over 7K for this company retreat.
